Version dated: 20 September 2024

Introduction

The Amaryllo Global Supercomputing Network (GSN) provides a marketplace where organizations can access and rent GPU resources from suppliers for various high-performance computing needs. To ensure the integrity, security, and efficient operation of the GSN marketplace, all users must adhere to our Acceptable Use Guidelines (AUG). These guidelines are designed to protect the interests of both suppliers and renters, promote fair usage, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

By accessing and using GPU resources through the Amaryllo GSN, users agree to abide by these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in suspension, termination of services, or other actions deemed necessary to protect the GSN marketplace and its participants. As a provider of internet access, hosting, and marketplace services through the Amaryllo GSN, we enable users to acquire and share a wide range of information. While the internet promotes open discussion, competing interests and legal obligations must be considered. This Acceptable Use Guidelines (AUG) serves to guide users on the rights and responsibilities when utilizing Amaryllo’s GSN. Users must exercise judgment when accessing or sharing information, as Amaryllo cannot monitor or verify its accuracy. Offensive or illegal content may be encountered, and Amaryllo cannot be held responsible for the information users obtain or share. Additionally, users are liable for any content they create or distribute. Actions that harm Amaryllo’s reputation, disrupt network operations, or breach these guidelines may result in service termination or legal action.
